Renting is perfect when your dress just needs to exist for one unforgettable night. Custom is for when you want something nobody else will ever wear — cut, fitted and finished just for you. Not sure? Book a fitting or consultation and we'll help you decide.
Bridal dresses are available to rent. Custom-designed gowns are not rented out or bought back by OZYDE, and we don't design a custom gown for rental purposes. Rental dresses are not customised.
Rental fittings are R180 for 30 minutes, and dresses run from around R2,500–R13,000 depending on the style — our Gold Lunar rents for R4,800. Custom consultations are R300 for 30 minutes, with your dress quoted afterwards based on design and fabric. Both are broken down in full on the rental pricing and custom pricing pages — every dress at its actual price, and exactly what moves a custom quote.
You'll try on the dresses available in the studio, get properly sized, and leave knowing exactly what you're wearing and what it costs. A fitting is 30 minutes for strictly 3 dresses, and you can bring up to 2 people with you.
Yes — fittings and consultations are by appointment only, so we can give you our full attention. Book online and pick a time that works for you.
The deposit is non-refundable. Rental period and care terms are walked through at your fitting so you know exactly what's expected — nothing hidden, nothing assumed.
As early as you can — matric and grad season books out fast, and custom pieces need time to come to life. The sooner you're in, the more choice you'll have.

Fittings are by appointment, and a little preparation helps your time in the studio go smoothly.
Underwear
Please wear underwear or tights. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge.
